I’ve received a number of messages and emails from many of you since the C4S store was nuked by their “compliance team” last summer. If you wanted to know why it disappeared, that’s why. It was an exercise in stupidity on their part… i.e. there was no winners only losers to include themselves, myself and you. I’ve wanted to offer you a solution to get the videos you want, but there was not a good work around at the time.


I am now working on a new site, the old site was put together by a hired programer, who past away many years ago… and I managed to hold it together for like 7 years. Finally it had become so compromised by bots and bandwidth leaches that I just trashed the entire site.


As for the clip store…. well C4S was sold to Mind Geeks in the early 2020’s and after that, they began to implement draconian rules. At first they told all the old stores that they were grandfathered-in, but then they started to move the goal post until last summer they began nuking the old stores that had not capitulated to their demands. In all fairness though I really think the driver of these changes were spurred on by the banks, credit card companies and financial assholes… they are the ones responsible for most of the ills in this worlds.


So basically they wanted every producer to upload model ID’s, contracts, and several other documents related to business. Now for a store like mine that had been there since 2011, that is a lot of documentation to scan and upload! I strongly disagree with this for 2 main reasons. 1.) As producers we are the custodian of our records, not the distro site. If there is a problem with one of the videos we uploaded to their site it should be handled on a case-by-case manner… not a demand to hand everything over. 2.) As the custodian of records, it’s my job to protect the personal data of the models and performers who worked for me…. sending all of this sensitive data over electronic means to their cloud server is fraught with hacking and potential stealing of the information. But they don’t care about that.


They have this pretense that they are in a “partnership” with each of their studio partners (and they care so much), but the reality is they want to know everything about us and don’t want us to know anything about them…. you can’t even talk to them on the phone!


Any way I sat on this for several months, but decided three days ago to just suck it up and do it. Two days into scanning ID’s and contracts I’m notified there is a problem with the documents… long story short, I’m not going to scan and upload the massive amount of documentation they want spanning back to 2011…. and apparently the only way to reach them is by email, as they will not have a voice call with me to help solve the problem they created. I feel like I am dealing with unibrow, club wielding troglodytes cowards…. and that’s one of the reason I sat on it for so long, I knew something like this would happen, they don’t think, they just do what they are told… and well…. that’s where we are….


I did get an email today that they are escalating the ticket, so perhaps someone there can look at the situation and make an intelligent reasonable decision. I’m not holding my breath, but there is a chance they will do the right thing… and if they do, I’ll rebuild the clip store.


Also be it known that the clip store did have several of the skewering videos banned, so those will not be on the clip store and really I’d be surprised if they don’t ban all of them. At any rate I’ll put them on this site.
